I. Introduction

The website www.bellevie.life (“Website”), mobile application, Bellevie (“App”) together with the dashboard (“Dashboard”) (Website,App and Dashboard are collectively referred to as the “Platform”) is operated and managed by us. If you continue to browse and use this Platform for all the services and products offered and supplied via the Platform, and to transact such products and services(collectively referred to as the “Services”), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern DigiRealty’s relationship with you in relation to the usage of this Platform.

For the ease of reference, the Policy shall be applicable on:

a) those whointend to make a purchase or have placed an order through the Platform (“Buyer”) and;

b) those who intend to offer products for sale or are selling the products to Buyers through the Platform (“Seller”)

Buyer and the Seller shall be collectively referred to as the “User”.

These terms will take effect from the date on which you first use the Platform. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not continue to use or access our Platform or use any of the associated services. However, please be aware that your use of DigiRealty Platform would mean deemed acceptance of these Terms and its associated policies mentioned here, including any modification thereof. These terms and conditions are only in the English language.

The Platform is operated by DIGIREALTY TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "our", "us",or "DigiRealty")The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the User, Buyer, Seller or viewer of our Platform.

II. About the ‘App’

The App is a one-stop online shop where you can access, browse, sell, demonstrate, purchase and download different products and services, or facilitate the aforesaid and operate thereof. The App further provides User certain additional features pertaining to society such as digital ID, gatepass, booking events & amenities and many others. Apps also include any updates, upgrades and other changes and versions that you later use or download from us. Services are provided and licensed to the Buyer from the Seller. From time to time, among other things, we may offer cashback in the Bellevie App. We may modify or discontinue any of these promotions at any time without notice to you.

III. Terms of usage

The use of this Platform is subject to the following terms of use:
  1. The content of the pages of this Platform are for your general information and use only.
  2. The Platform uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, some personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties. Refer to our privacy policy for more details.
  3. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timelines, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this Platform for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. Your use of any information or materials on this Platform is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Platform meet your specific requirements.
  5. This Platform contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, content, layout, look, appearance and graphics (“Platform Content”). Reproduction of the Platform Contentis prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions. Most of the material featured on this Platform is subject to copyright protection. You agree that (a) you will not copy, reproduce, download, re-publish, sell, distribute or resell any Services or any of the Platform Content, and (b) you will not copy, reproduce, download, compile or otherwise use any Platform Content for the purposes of operating a business that competes with DigiRealty, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Platform Content,
  6. Users must register on the Platform in order to access and use the Services. Automatic registration is done for such Buyers, who are residing in societies using DigiRealty’s Platform. Further, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) by the User, subject to other conditions that we may impose in our discretion.
  7. Unauthorised use of this Platform may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
  8. You agree to indemnify DigiRealty, its directors, employees, agents and representatives and to hold them harmless, from any and all damages, losses, claims and liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from or in connection with: (i) your submission, posting or display of any User Content; (ii) from your use of the Platform or Services; (iii) from your breach of the Terms or breach of any applicable laws, including tax laws; (iv) any service availed by you from a third party service provider using any dispute inter-se Users; and/or (vi) your negligence or wilful misconduct.

IV. Contract

You agree that by registering, accessing or using our Services, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with DigiRealty (even if you are using our Services on behalf of a company) (“Contract”).

V. Eligibility to use

TheServices are not available to minors i.e., persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) years, undischarged insolvent, or to any Users who are not competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act,1872, unless otherwise provided hereunder. You hereby represent that you are:(i) of legal age to form a binding contract, (ii) not a person barred from receiving the Services from the Platform under the applicable laws; (iii)competent to enter into a binding contract; and (iv) you will only have one Account (defined below), which must be in your real name. Creating an account with false information is a violation of our terms. If you are under the age of 18, you shall use and access the Services only with the express consent of a parent or guardian and under their supervision.

VI. User Account, Password, and Security

  1. In order to access, avail and/or sell the Services on the Platform, or facilitate the usageof the Platform for aforesaid Services, you will have to register and create an account on the Platform by providing details as may be required in the Privacy Policy (“Account”).
  2. You are solely responsible for the information you provide to us. You shall ensure and confirm that the Account information and all information provided by you is complete, accurate and up to date. If there is any change in the Account information, or if any information is found to be incomplete or incorrect, you shall promptly notify DigiRealty to update your Account information on the Platform. If the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, unauthorised, not current, or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete), or DigiRealty reserves the right to refuse any and all the Services, if DigiRealty has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.DigiRealtyreserves the express right to refuse access to theServices at any time without notice for your failure to abide by the terms asset forth herein or to comply with applicable laws.
  3. You will be responsible for the confidentiality of the Account information provided and fully responsible for all activities that take place on your Account. You agree to immediately notify DigiRealty of any unauthorised access of Your Account. You may be held liable to pay damages for losses caused due to unauthorised use of your Account as a result of your failure to keep your Account information secure and confidential.

VII. Changes to the Services

DigiRealty is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its Users and may modify the terms of the Contract at its own sole discretion. The updated terms will be displayed on the website and by continuing to use the Services and access the website following such changes, you agree to be bound by any variation made by DigiRealty. It is your responsibility to check these terms from time to time to verify such variations. You agree that in continuing to use the Services following the posting of any changes such continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you object to any changes, you may write to DigiRealty to delete your account, and DigiRealty shall do the same within reasonable time from being notified of such request.

VIII. Payment related Information

  1. The information relating to the accepted payment methods on the Platform shall be displayed during the purchasing process.
  2. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to the Privacy Policy, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the DigiRealty, Selleror certain third-party service providers, including payment gateways, may process payments and manage payment card information.
  3. In order to avail, access and/ or sell the Services, you undertake to use and provide valid bank details or other details required for facilitating payment towards the Services (“Payment Details”). By providing the Payment Details, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a) You are legally authorized to provide such Payment Details; (b) You are legally authorized to perform payments using such Payment Details;(c) such action does not violate the terms and conditions applicable to your use of such Payment Details or applicable law; (d) You are solely responsible for the transactions / payments made to for the Service availed by you; and (e) You hereby consent and agree to comply with guidelines, instructions, requests, etc., as maybe made by us, as the case may be or a payment system provider from time to time, in relation to making payments on the Platform. DigiRealty may at its sole discretionprovide the User with an option to add, delete, and edit the Payment Details that the User has provided through the Platform.
  4. Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, DigiRealty is not liable for any payments authorized through the Platform using your Payment Details. Particularly, DigiRealtyis not liable to the Buyer for any payments that cannot be completedif Buyer’s: (a) bank account or any other paymentwallet does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction; (b) have not provided with correct Payment Details; (c) Your payment card has expired. Additionally, DigiRealty shall be not be liable for such failed payments if the circumstances are beyond the DigiRealty’s reasonable control (such as, but not limited to, power outages, interruptions of cellular service, or any other interferences from an outside force) which prevent the execution of the transaction.
  5. DigiRealty shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on the Platform using your Payment Details and shall not be obligated to refund any money to you in such instances.
  6. DigiRealty shall also have no obligation, responsibility or liability to verify any transactions authorised by you.
  7. The payment facility provided by DigiRealty or third-party vendor is neither a banking nor a financial service but is merely a facility providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment system, and receiving payment on delivery for the transactions on the Platform using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and card payment gateway networks, as may be applicable. For some payment methods, your issuer may charge you certain fees, such as transaction fees or other fees, relating to the processing of your transaction.
  8. Buyers who are not residents In India (and whether as owners or tenants of any real estate), agree and acknowledge that they have opened an Indian Rupee ("INR”) account with a bank in India and could have otherwise made payment from such an account to the Sellers.

IX. Price of Services

  1. The prices of each of the Services may vary due to various factors and the Buyer may check the price on the Platform before placing an order. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to pay the prices mentioned therein. All the products listed on the Platform will be sold at Indian Rupees either at Maximum Retail Price (MRP)(inclusive of all taxes) or at a discounted price unless otherwise specified. The prices of the Products may be modified from time to time. There can be an unintended error with respect to the prices and other information about the Services. You may bring it to our notice of such error, and we shall affect necessary corrections.
  2. The prices reflected on the Platform, including packaging or handling charges, are determined solely by the Seller and are listed based on Seller's information, and DigiRealty has no say in determining the prices for any of the Services provided by the Seller on the Platform. The DigiRealtyis neither providing a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment on delivery, collection and remittance facility for the transactions on the Platform and by providing such payment facility, DigiRealtyis neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the transaction or the transaction price.
  3. The Buyers will be informed about all the charges, fees, and costs (including, delivery fee) that may be levied for availing theServices on the Platform at the checkout page during a transaction. DigiRealtymay from time to time and at its sole discretion, may provide forpromotional discountson different Services being provided on the Platform.
  4. DigiRealty may at its sole discretion be entitled to charge a convenience fee for facilitating the transaction on the payment gateway between the Seller and the Buyer.

X. Wallet, Cashback & Rewards

  1. DigiRealty provides a Wallet facility as one of the payment options to its Users (“Payment Wallet”) which can be used for availing Services on the Platform. You hereby consent that your use of Payment Wallet is subject to the geographical and other usage restrictions as may be made applicable from time to time and shall also be subject to the additional terms and conditions.
  2. Post successful closure of transaction, DigiRealty might at its sole discretion provide some cashback as Bellevie coins in the Wallet. 1 (one) coin shall be equivalent to 1 (one) INR and the same can be redeemed while availing Services through the Platform in future. It is clarified that such conversion shall be at the sole discretion of DigiRealty and further DigiRealty is solely entitled to change the conversion percentage without any notification.
  3. The Buyer hereby agrees and acknowledges that for the purposes of such cashback, details of the Buyershall be shared with payment gateways during the checkout process. This may entail sharing of information of such Buyers for the purpose of achieving the seamless experience. The Buyer hereby gives its consent to DigiRealty to share such necessary information with the payment gateways.

XI. Badges

DigiRealty assign badges (“Badge/s”) to Sellers registered on the Platform, evaluating its performance across metrics such as sales volume, pricing, response time, service quality, popularity and others, compared to other Sellers within the same category. These Badges enable Sellers to identify their strengths and weaknesses, facilitating strategic improvements for sustained competitiveness. The Badge assignment is an ongoing process, regularly updated to reflect the latest data.

DigiRealty offers following Badges which may be assigned to a Seller based upon the parameters described below:

  1. BestSeller: BestSeller Badge is assigned to a Seller based upon: (i) sales volume of the Seller in the 3 (three) months immediately prior to the assignment of the Badge to such Seller; and/or (ii) Buyer’s reviews including positive feedback, high ratings and low return rate, as the case may be, in the 3 (three) months immediately prior to the assignment of the Badge to such Seller; and/or (iii) repeat purchase rate of the Services by the Buyers provided by the Sellers on the Platform; and/or (iv) range and variety of the Services provided by such Seller in the category in which the Seller is listed on the Platform; and/or (v) quick and hassle-free returns or replacements provided by such Seller.
  2. New: New Badge is assigned to a Sellers: (i) if such Seller is added to the Platform within 6 (six) months prior to the assignment of such Badge; or (ii) if such Seller has added a new Service to the existing range of Services provided by such Seller on the Platform; or (iii) if such Seller has entered a new geography wherein the Seller was earlier not present.
  3. BelleVie’s Choice: BelleVie’s Choice Badge is assigned to a Seller based upon:(i) it being one of the top brands with a market valuation of more than 25 million USD; and/or (ii) it’s positive online reviews across different marketplaces including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Google reviews or in comparison to top solution provider operating in the same category as the Seller; and/or (iii) it being one of the best Sellers for requests generated on the Platform; and/or (iv) promotional deals and discounts offered by such Seller on the Platform.
  4. Trending: Trending Badge is assigned to a Seller based upon:  (i) it witnessing a surge in search/clicks by Buyers of the Services offered by such Seller on the Platform for over a period of minimum 1 (one) week prior to assignment of such Badge; and/or (ii) it witnessing a surge in social media mention and engagement; and/or (iii) it witnessing a surge in seasonal demand during festivals or public holidays or any other time of the week/year.

The views expressed herein represent the Company's perspective and understanding of facts based on market research conducted to the best of our knowledge and effort, which is subject to change and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information obtained as a result of such market research. Both the Seller and Buyer agree that individual opinions may vary and are subject to interpretation.

The Company is providing these Badges to the Sellers only as a convenience and the inclusion of any Badge does not imply endorsement by the Company of such Seller or guarantee by the Company of Services offered by such Seller. The Buyers are requested to verify the veracity of all information on their own before utilizing any Services. The Company bears no liability for reliance by the Buyer(s) of these indicative Badges regarding the quality of Services offered by the Seller.

XII. Other Content


    1. DigiRealty does not pre-screen any content or information posted, published or transmitted on the Platform by the Users and DigiRealty is under no obligation to pre-screen any such content or information. However, DigiRealty at its sole discretion and/ or on being notified by any third party may determine that any content or information posted by the User is in violation of these Terms and applicable laws and shall be entitled to take down any content or information posted by such User on the Platform, without giving any prior intimation or notice to such User. Such actions do not in any manner negate or dilute DigiRealty’s position as an intermediary or impose any liability on DigiRealty with respect to content or information posted, published or transmitted by Users on the Platform.
    2. From time to time, the Platform may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information DigiRealty may have no control over any websites or resources which are provided by Sellers, third party vendors or persons other than DigiRealty.
    3. You acknowledge and agree that DigiRealty is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.
    4. You acknowledge and agree that DigiRealty is not liable for any loss or damage which may be incurred by you as a result of the availability of those external sites or resources, or as a result of any reliance placed by you on the completeness, accuracy or existence of any advertising, products or other materials on, or available from, such websites or resources.

XIII. Privacy and personal Information

    1. For information about DigiRealty’s data protection practices, please read DigiRealty’s Privacy Policy at https://bellevie.life/privacy-policy. This policy explains how DigiRealty treats your personal information and protects your privacy when you use the Services.
    2. You agree to the use of your data in accordance with DigiRealty’s Privacy Policies.

XIV. Other restrictions as applicable on User

  1. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
  2. You shall not make any defamatory or denigrating statement(s) about DigiRealty, or our brand name or otherwise act in any manner that might tarnish the reputation or standing, of DigiRealty or of other Users on the Platform or otherwise tarnish or dilute any of DigiRealty’s trademarks, service marks, trading name, or the goodwill associated with them.
  3. Unless expressly permitted, you shall not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network connected to the Platform nor breach the security or authentication measures on the Platform or any network connected to the Platform. You shall not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other User of or visitor to Platform, or exploit the Platform or any Service or information made available or offered by or through the Platform, in any way where the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification or information, other than your own information, as provided for by the Platform

XV. Limitation of Liability

  1. In case User avail Services while accessing the Platform, that may be supported and/or provided by any other party other than DigiRealty, for all such Services your contracting entity will be such third party, as the case may be. DigiRealty disclaims all liability for any claims that may arise pursuant to your use of Services provided by such third-party.
  2. We shall not in any manner be liable to you for failure or delay in providing the Services or for any temporary disablement, permanent discontinuance of the Services by us or for any consequences resulting from such actions or reasons that are beyond our reasonable control.
  3. You agree and acknowledge that the Services are being provided to you on a ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis and may be interrupted while browsing, transacting, using or uploading information on the Platform.
  4. DigiRealty may allow you access to content, products or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of word link, banners, channels or otherwise), API or otherwise to such third parties' web sites. You are cautioned to read such third-party terms and conditions and/or privacy policies before using the Platform with respect to such content, products or services that you may avail. You acknowledge that DigiRealty has no control over such third parties' web sites and shall not be responsible or liable to anyone for such web sites, or any content, products or services made available on such web sites.
  5. Buyer acknowledges that it is solely responsible for the transactions/ payments made to the Seller for the Servicesavailed by the Buyer. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that DigiRealty are acting merely as anintermediary and shall take no responsibility as to the legality of any payment transaction between the Seller and the Buyer.DigiRealty do not have any obligation, responsibility or liability to verify any transactions authenticated and/or authorised by the Buyer or its payment instructions, and to resolve dispute of any nature, whatsoever between the Buyer and the Seller.DigiRealty shall in no way be held accountable for any failure orlapse in payment to be made to the Seller by the Buyer, for reasons not attributable to DigiRealty.
  6. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiRealty makes no representations or warranties about the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness or accurateness of any information provided on or through the Platform; DigiRealty does not represent or warrant that the manufacture, importation, export, distribution, offer, display, purchase, sale and/or use of products or services offered or displayed on the Platform does not violate any third party rights; and DigiRealtymakes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning any product or service offered or displayed on the platform.
  7. Under no circumstances will DigiRealty be liable for any consequential, incidental, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to any lost profits that result from your any Services availed, even if DigiRealtyhas been advised of the possibility of such damages.

XVI. Transaction between Buyer and Seller

  1. DigiRealty is merely a facilitator/intermediary between the Buyer and Seller and is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any advertisement, exhibition, making available, offer to sell or transactions of sale or purchase on the Platform.
  2. When a Service is listed for sale on the Platform by the Seller, Buyer agrees that DigiRealtycannot and does not confirm each of such Seller’s purported identity. DigiRealty encourages the Buyer to exercise discretion and caution while dealing with variousSellers. Both, Buyer and Seller acknowledge and undertake that they shall use the Platform or Services only for lawful purpose.
  3. For any Services, DigiRealty does not represent either the Seller or the Buyer in specific transactions. DigiRealtydoes not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, suitability of products, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sale on the Platform, or the ability of the Sellerto complete a sale or the ability of Buyer to complete a purchase. DigiRealtydoes not implicitly or explicitly support or endorse the sale or purchase of any Services on the Platform. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the Services sold through or displayed on the Platform vest with DigiRealty nor shall DigiRealtyhave any obligations or liabilities in respect of any transactions on the Platform.
  4. The details of the Services and price list available on the Platform are based on the information provided by the Sellers and DigiRealty shall not be responsible for any change or cancellation or unavailability of any of the Services.
  5. The intellectual property rights in the Services provided by the Seller on the Platform hereunder shall vest solely with the Seller. Seller shall ensure that it has all requisite rights, permits, authorizations, title, and/ or interest over the product. Seller shall at all times remain fully liable and responsible for the performance of the Services and further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DigiRealty from and against any claims that may arise from or in connection to such intellectual property claim from anythird party.
  6. In the event that any User has a dispute with any party to a transaction such User agrees to release and indemnify DigiRealty (and our agents, affiliates, directors, officers and employees) from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages) arising out of or in connection with such transaction.
  7. DigiRealty shall neither be liable nor responsible for any actions or inactions of either of the Buyer or Seller,nor any breach of conditions, representations or warranties of the products and hereby expressly disclaims any and all responsibility and liability in that regard. DigiRealtyshall not have any obligation to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement that may arise with any Seller that is rendering Services to the Buyer.
  8. The Seller shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary third party licenses and permissions, as required under applicable law, regarding the right and authority to sell, trade, distribute or export or offer to sell, trade the Services and such sale, trade, distribution or export or offer does not violate any applicable laws.
  9. The Seller shall not sell any prohibited products and in case of doing so the DigiRealty shall be entitled to block all such products and shall also have the right to suspend the Seller from using the Platform for any purpose whatsoeverit may be.
  10. The User agrees and acknowledges that the product images are mere representation of the product and not actual image of the product sold. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain accuracy of information on the Platform, actual product packaging, may contain more and/or different information than what is shown on the Platform. It is recommended to refer the information presented on the actual product packaging.
  11. The Seller shall ensure that it and the personnel engaged in rendering the Servicesmaintain absolute and strict confidentiality with regard to the customer data and other information that is shared with them and shall maintain the highest and robust security standards to ensure that there is no breach or leakage of any customer data or confidential information.
  12. DigiRealty does not at any point of time during any transaction between Buyer and Seller on the Platform come into or take possession of any of the products or services offered by Seller nor does it at any point gain title to or have any rights or claims over the products or services offered by Seller to Buyer.

XVII. Additional Terms and Conditions for Pharma Services

  1. In order to purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require a valid prescription, Buyer is required to share a scanned copy of the valid prescription to the Seller.
  2. The Seller and/ or third- party pharmacies will verify the prescription forwarded by the Buyer and in case of any discrepancy observed by such Seller and/ or third-party pharmacies, the order will be cancelled by the Seller immediately.
  3. The Buyer is also required to make the original prescription available at the time of receipt of delivery of the order. The Buyer shall also allow the delivery agent to stamp the original prescription at the time of medicine delivery, failing which medicines may not be delivered.

XVIII. Force Majeure

Under no circumstances shall DigiRealty be held liable for any losses, delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Platform resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation, internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, epidemics, pandemics, curfews, lock-down, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals or non-performance of the Sellers or of the Buyers.

XIX. Communication

  1. You hereby expressly agree to receive communications by way of SMS, telephone or calls, messaging app like WhatsApp on the registered mobile phone number /or electronic communications like e-mails from the DigiRealty and other third parties duly authorised by the DigiRealty. You hereby expressly consent to the monitoring and recording, by the DigiRealty of any and all communications between You and the DigiRealty, third party vendors or their agents, employees, consultants, contractors, or representatives of the Company or of their authorised partners, and such monitoring or recording waives any further notice or consent requirement under the applicable laws.
  2. You can unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving communications from the DigiRealty by notifying the DigiRealty of such intentions of yours in writing. In which case, the DigiRealty will only send communications solely required for the purposes of availing the Services by You.

XX. Notices

  1. All legal notices or demands to or upon DigiRealty shall be made in writing and sent to DigiRealty personally, by courier, certified mail, or facsimile to the following entity and address: Digirealty Technologies Private Limited, Lodha Excelus, 10th Floor, N M Joshi Marg, Apollo Mills Compound, Lower Parel Mumbai - 400011, Attn: Sanjyot Rangnekar. The notices shall be effective when they are received by DigiRealtyin any of the above-mentioned manner.

All legal notices or demands to or upon you shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the you to DigiRealty, or SMS, WhatsApp messages, or in-app notifications, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Platform that is publicly accessible without a charge or through such other mode of communication as DigiRealty may deem fit in its discretion. Notice to a User shall be deemed to be received by such you if and when, DigiRealty is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form, has been sent to you.
