Notice Board
Module has been designed to ensure residents can be easily updated with the latest happenings within their society, while also ensuring key notices are highlighted
Future notices can be configured to auto-trigger & key messages can be highlighted
System is flexible whereby for example a key notice is to be made live at mid-night can be configured and set-up during the day and also be pinned
Management can decide the target audience to whom the notice is to be made visible
All the notices might not be applicable to all the residents of the society, hence the option is provided in dashboard to choose the right target audience
Ability to share multiple attachments of varying formats & sizes in the communication
At times critical documents need to be shared along with the notice and this could be in various formats, our system allows attaching them with the notice
